Amazing family run business and Kermit is a very generous, professional man.My wife, baby and I were stranded on a logging road with 2 flat tires. A fantastic local gave me a ride to town looking for a tire and happened across associated tire. Kermit and his wife (great lady that offered refreshment and a place to play for my son) were working on a personal project on a holiday Monday, listened to my story and lent me a wheel to limp my truck and trailer into town.He personally put new tires on my wheels so we could get back to victoria, all on his day off. Without him and the fantastic people that live in campbell river my family would've had a great trip turn sour. I'd give his business 20 stars if I could. I couldn't thank him enough for sacrificing his time off to help us.

I have bought Impulse rims with a set of bolt last year from them I went for service appointment with the Audi dealership and they noticed that the bolt some of them not the right size there's slightly different sizes bolt in the same box ( Mispackaged ) but enough to make a damage to my vehicle which requires to replace the hand and when I followed up with them they tried to give me a ridiculous excuses that a little kid cannot accept it I'll follow up with the head office and update my review

We have been using this Kal Tire location for over 10 years, every single experience is outstanding!! There is no employee there that doesn't stand out but Clint is visibly exceeding customer expectations every time I go there. He has wowed us at every visit, I would hire this guy all day long!!! Was looking for a set of rims/tires for my truck and was having a lot of difficulties working with other shops in the lower mainland and Alberta. Called Dayton at canada custom autoworks and he made it happen, worked with me and went above and beyond to find me the set up I was looking for. Thanks again!

Great customer service. Bought a trailer and had to get new tires for it this year....not really big ticket items but the staff still took the time to talk to me about what kinds I could choose from, what's different with them, and what might be best for me based on need and price points. Honestly it's hard to find that level of customer service and expertise anywhere anymore.

Can't beat the prices and service you receive. I recommend them to all my family and friends and I would never go anywhere else for tires.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Travelling to Kelowna through Calgary for a medical appointment my tire light come on around 11:30 am. I was in a tough spot as the appointment was the following day, an 8 hour drive and the tire was unsafe.The staff at this Kal Tire location were AMAZING. Empathized and understood my dilemma. checked for a replacement tire in case mine was unrepairable, found time early in the afternoon to take a look and got me on my way.Not only did they fix the tire, I was not charged and was walked to my vehicle under an umbrella as it began to rain hard and I wasn't dressed for it. Unexpected and fabulous.I am forever GRATEFUL to the amazing kind people who helped me that day. I will never forget and have told so many people about my positive experience.Special shout out to team member JPAWLUK! Cheers to you all!
